  • Gift Cards

    Kennedy Mall Gift Cards can be redeemed at over 60 stores and restaurants in the mall and in our plaza (Phoenix Theatres, Caring Transitions, Best Buy, Firestone, and Texas Roadhouse). Gift cards are available at the Customer Service Center, or call (800) 615-3535, or online at www.MallGiftCards.net.

  • Lost & Found

    If you have lost or found an item during your visit, contact our Mall Security Office by calling (563) 235-0003 or visiting the office located across from Ulta Beauty, we would be happy to assist you.

  • Stroller Rental

    Stroller rentals are available at the Customer Service Center located next to Auntie Anne’s. Your child can pick out their favorite colorful stroller and make your shopping experience fun! Price is as follows:

    • Single Strollers - $5.00 per day, Double Strollers - $7.00 per day
    • Government or state issued ID must be left with Customer Service in order to rent strollers.
  • Wheelchairs

    Visit the Customer Service Center for wheelchair rentals during your visit. There is a $10.00 deposit with your wheelchair rental but you will be reimbursed once you return the wheelchair. A government or state issued ID must be left with Customer Service in order to rent wheelchairs.

  • Lottery

    Feeling Lucky? Purchase instant and online lottery tickets during mall hours at the Customer Service Center located next to Auntie Anne’s.

  • Banking Service

    Kennedy Mall has an Expedia Cash ATM located on property for your convenience.

    • ATM can be found in the main concourse near Victoria’s Secret.
  • Community Booth

    Kennedy Mall allows non-profit groups to request space within the Kennedy Mall Community Booth to fundraise/promote their organizations. All groups must be certified non-profits/not-for-profits and submit proof of status to Mall Management. Additionally, all groups must be insured according to Kennedy Mall's requirements. We ask that you please understand that space is limited and is granted on a first come, first serve basis. Contact the marketing department at or (563) 556-1994 if your group would like to participate.

  • Mall Walker Program

    Get Heart Healthy and become a mall walker today! A regular program of brisk walking can boost your metabolism, improve your cardiovascular health, increase your energy level and help manager health problems. Join your friends and neighbors at Kennedy Mall for healthful walking at your own pace in climate controlled comfort. Visit the Mall Management Office located next to GNC and across from Ulta Beauty between the hours of 8:30am and 5pm Monday-Friday to register and receive your FREE walker pass. Mall doors open at the City Looks International entrance at 8am for registered walkers Monday-Sunday.
