Local Dubuque Artist Mercedes Pfab opened Captured on Canvas in August of 2016 to sell her art work and custom paintings. Six months later she decided to expand the business to offer paint parties!

Since 2019 other local, passionate artists have joined the team, offering more paint parties than ever before! We work together to create a fun, creative atmosphere! We love helping people discover their creativity one-step at a time!

During the crazy 2020 pandemic year we knew we couldn't give up offering art activities! That is when we began offering Take & Paint Kits and LIVE-online Paint Parties! With this we eventually merged into offering LIVE Paint Parties and ceramic kits nationwide!
